Pocket alternative
The Pocket alternative that can't shut down on you
Mozilla closed Pocket on July 8, 2025 and deleted its users' data that October. If you exported your list in time, rabbitmind gives it a permanent home: a read-it-later app that runs on your computer and keeps your articles as files you own.
Free · v0.7.2 · Windows 10 and 11 · 10.9 MB
Why people switch to rabbitmind
- Imports your Pocket export with tags, and unread articles land in Read later
- Saves the full article text, so pages stay readable even if they vanish from the web
- A one-click Chrome button and a clean reader, like the Pocket you were used to
- No account and no servers: there is no service to close
Move in three steps
- 1
Download rabbitmind for Windows and pick a library folder.
- 2
Find the export file you downloaded from Pocket (a CSV file, or an HTML file from older exports).
- 3
In rabbitmind, choose Import bookmarks or highlights (in the More menu, or press Ctrl+K) and pick that file.
Works offline
Read, search and organize without a connection.
Plain files
